1. Agreement to Terms

By requesting a quote, scheduling a service, or using our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

2. Estimates & Pricing

All quotes provided over the phone, text, or online are estimates based on the information provided.

  • Final pricing is confirmed on-site before service begins

  • Pricing may change if:

    • The number of window panes or solar panels differs from what was provided

    • The condition of the property requires additional work

3. Services Provided

Kaala Window Cleaning provides services including, but not limited to:

  • Exterior window cleaning

  • Interior window cleaning

  • Screen cleaning

  • Track and frame cleaning

  • Louvered window cleaning

  • Solar panel cleaning

4. Property Access & Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing safe and clear access to all areas to be cleaned

  • Unlocking gates and securing pets prior to service

  • Informing us of any hazards (loose fixtures, damaged glass, etc.)

We are not responsible for delays or inability to complete service due to restricted access.

5. Screen & Window Condition

Many window screens, frames, and components may be aged, brittle, or corroded.

  • We are not responsible for damage to screens or components that are already weakened or deteriorated

  • If we believe removal may cause damage, we may:

    • Notify you before proceeding

    • Skip those screens if necessary

6. Solar Panel & Roof Work

Solar panel cleaning may involve working on roofs.

  • We take all reasonable precautions for safety

  • However, we are not responsible for:

    • Pre-existing roof damage

    • Improper installation of panels or roofing materials

    • Hidden structural issues

Service is performed at the homeowner’s risk when roof access is required.

7. Weather Policy

Due to weather conditions in Hawaii:

  • Services may be rescheduled due to rain, wind, or unsafe conditions

  • Safety is our top priority

We will communicate promptly to reschedule if needed.

8. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed.

Accepted payment methods:

  • Cash

  • Check

  • Venmo

9. Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind our work.

  • If you are not satisfied, please notify us within 48 hours of service

  • We will return to address any missed areas

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Kaala Window Cleaning LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages

  • Our maximum liability is limited to the total cost of the service provided

11. Communication Consent

By submitting your information or scheduling a service, you agree that we may contact you via:

  • Phone call

  • Text message

  • Email

This communication is strictly for:

  • Quotes

  • Scheduling

  • Service updates

  • Follow-ups
